


Amereicorp designs and builds new homes that turn dreams into a pleasant reality instead of the nightmare that is too often associated with new home construction. We accomplish this with a unique design build system that allows you to see exactly what your new home will look like. We also tell you exactly what it will cost to build before construction ever starts.
Amereicorp's Design Build System takes all the guess work and uncertainty out of the design and construction of your new home. We work with you to design and build the home of your dreams and just as importantly, we keep it within your budget. The design process is broken down into phases;
1. Conceptual Design Phase
*The conceptual design produces a general concept of what your dream home will be like inside and out. At the end of the conceptual design process, you will be able to walk through and around your your new home in a virtual reality tour and have a good idea of what your new home will look like, how everything works, and how much it will cost you. amereicorp works with you using concepts from our design library and/or concepts which you have created yourself to produce your dream home. We will provide you with a detailed questionaire which covers all aspects of your lifestyle to include everything from hobbies to health issues. From this data we help you create a design concept which will meet your current and future needs and can be built within your budget. Once we have all of the information together, we can usually put together a "Concept Plan" and a preliminary budget in a few days. Preliminary budgets are normally accurate to plus or minus 5% unless the owner makes extensive changes to the concept plan and specifications. To this point, you will incur no cost or obligation. If you are pleased with what you see, you have the option of continuing on to the Detailed Plans and Specifications Phase.
2. Detailed Plans and Specifications Phase
*Once a design concept is agreed on, Amereicorp will develop detailed plans and specifications for your new home. The cost for the total plans and specifications package is approximately one dollar per square foot. Once we have a concept plan, we can give you an exact figure on the cost of your new home. By the time that the detailed plans and specifications are finished, you will know exactly how your new home will look and be built. You will also know the make and model of all the major components which will be used in the construction process. You will even know the make and model of the faucet in the bathroom if you wish. Realistically, most people do not choose all of the finish items like faucets, but we will provide a realistic allowance for those type items. The point is you will have an accurate idea of what you are getting and how much it will cost.

will provide you

With Amereicorp, you get a firm price up front in contract form stating to the penny what your new home is going to cost you. We will also give you an exact delivery date. In fact, our contracts state that we will pay the construction loan interest for every day that we exceed that date. We will even assist you in getting your financing and provide a detailed loan package for your lender. You then have the option of having us build the home for you or having another firm build the home for you. If you choose to execute the contract with Amereicorp, the cost of the plans and specifications is deducted from the first construction draw.
3. The Construction Process
*Amereicorp gives you a firm delivery date and builds your new home exactly to the plans and specifications in the contract. We also build your home to meet or exceed all local code requirements. There are no changes and no price increases unles you make them in writing. We will meet with you a minimum of every other week during the construction process to explain exactly what is happening and to answer any questions you may have. If you are out of state during theconstruction process, we will keep you up to date with electronic reports via email. We also use the fax and US Mail to give you detailed progress reports with photographs of your home in progress.
4. The Warranty
*When your new home is completed and you move in, the Amereicorp commitment continues. We perform a final inspection with you to correct any minor problems and provide you with a written five year structural, two year in wall, and one year finish warranty. We provide you a complete warranty book covering every major component used in the construction of your new home. One year after your home is completed, Amereicorp will perform another inspection with you to identify and correct any minor problems which you may have noticed.
