Amereicorp, Inc. has been in business for over 25 years. We are a small family owned business. The name Amereicorp, Inc. sounds grandiose, but it simply reflects our pride in who we are and what we do, as well as the nation in which we live. We build the best homes that we possibly can, because we know that in doing so we are helping to make our clients dreams come true.

Our Mission Statement:

Amereicorp, Inc. designs and builds quality custom homes in the Tellico Lake area of East Tennessee in Loudon County, TN. with special focus within Tellico Village. We specialize in the design and construction of high energy efficiency, low maintenance homes which provide our clients with the maximum value for their new home dollar.

We build all new homes on fixed price contracts and we are driven by a single guiding principle-

Produce the absolute best product we can for our clients at a reasonable price
and deliver on time!

We are a liscensed and insured general contractor in the state of Tennessee, (liscense # available upon request).

Our Staff:

John E. Montgomery, President, Design and Project Manager

John is an honors graduate of the University of South Florida. After a distinguished military carreer which included numerous citations for valor and exemplary performance, he entered the business world as Vice President of Marketing and Production for Brigham Manufacturing Company, INC. John has had a diversified carreer in real estate development, general contracting, consulting, and brokerage. He is a retired Certified Commercial Investment Member, CCIM, of the Commercial Investment Real estate Institute of the National Association of Realtors and is a past National Chairman of the New America Network Investment Real Estate Council. John holds a General Contractors Liscense in the state of Tennessee. John has developed approximately 1,000,000 square feet of commercial and residential real estate as a General Contractor, Principle, or Consultant. John has also acted as a broker or consultant performing analysis, disposition, aquisition, or capitalization functions on properties valued in excess of 500 million dollars.

Now all that sounds impressive, but all balogny aside - John can show you how to design and build the home of your dreams, get it done on time and within your budget!

Michael L. Montgomery, Vice President and Construction Supervisor

Michael studied Construction Technology and Management at Ventura College in California. He holds a General Contractors Liscense in the state of Tennessee. He has over fifteen years experience in hands-on construction, construction supervision, and project management. His background includes extensive experience in both residential and commercial construction. Mike has supervised and built numerous single family and multi-family reidential projects. Mike has also supervised the construction of over 150,000 square feet of commercial property.

One thing about Mike - when he supervises the construction of your new home - he treats the project like it is his home until he gets the job done. He takes real pride in paying attention to the little details that make up a quality home.

Barbara "Bobbe" E. Montgomery, Secretary and Treasurer

Bobbe is a graduate of the Union Institute. After an active career in child psychology and educational consulting, she entered the construction industry as a design and interior decorating consultant. Bobbe has over eight years experience in design and color coordination with Amereicorp, INC. She also has served as Secretary and Treasurer of several real estate limited partnerships.

Bobbe is our design and color consultant. She is a lot better at this than John or Mike, who are likely to be caught with mismatched  socks!

The Bottom Line:

What we are is a family who really loves to design and build homes. We really enjoy our jobs, which makes us all a little crazy. There are always a thousand problems involved in getting a home built just the way you want it, and for some perverse reason, we enjoy solving those problems. We revel in the feeling of accomplishment we get when our customers look at us and smile and say, "It is even better than we expected." as they take the keys to their new dream home. More importantly, We love it when our customers call us back several years later to refer us to their relatives who are moving to town and need a home built!

Yes we have some fancy credentials and a lot of experience, but what it really comes down to is that we are good at what we do. We work hard and take a great deal of personal pride in the homes we build. We do not try to build every kind of home that can be conceived. We focus on the type of homes we know we can build right! We are confident that we can tell you exactly what your home will cost to build.
