Steve and Lisa had a fairly common problem. They had a very narrow lot and wanted to fit a home with specific attributes on it. They spend a lot of time outdoors all year round, so a covered deck was an absolute necessity. They needed a three car garage for the car, truck, and boat.
They also needed handicapped accessibilty for the future. They wanted an open space design with ready access to the kitchen, where they spend a lot of time. They needed the flexibility to incorporate a master suite with seperate sleeping accomodations if necessary.
They needed at least one good sized secondary bedroom and they needed a home office.
Together, we made it all possible and did it on a lot that would only accept a 46 foot wide house - and we did it on a budget that Steve and Lisa could afford.

Jeff and Karen came to us with a unique challenge. They love to boat and use their RV. They wanted a home that would accomodate their hobbies. Working together, we came up with a plan that met their needs. We were able to construct a 52 foot RV garage into a ranch house plan. This home was extremely unique, but really beautiful as well.
In addition, we got all of the critical living space on one floor and made it handicapped accessible. we created an open space design with high ceilings. This allowed for lots of sunlight to come into the home. We also made this home very energy efficient.

Charlie and Emily Wanted a home designed around their lifestyle which included informal living, formal entertaining, and golf. They came to us with a concept which included all of these facets. We sat down with them and put the whole concept plan together, to include exterior finishes, materials, and colors in one weekend trip to Tellico Village.
This home will have a formal dining romm complete with a butler pantry. This layout also includes a storage space for the golf cart, a big open space kitchen, a family room divided with ornate columns, and a covered screened in porch overlooking the golf course. The private master suite has a large walk in closet and the master bathroom has a oversized marble jacuzzi tub and shower.
The exterior is Cape Cod style. There is also a large laundry room that includes a mud tub.
